Crown College Café & The Blend are both new and exciting counter-service style venues that specialise in the best coffee Crown has to offer! Providing another convenient & accessible option for all visitors & employees alike to wine down and enjoy a light snack or grab a quick coffee to go! Additionally, there will be a unique opportunity to assist with Crown’s employee restaurant – ‘IDs’ as part of this position – making this role a rare hybrid opportunity to work diversely across three unique F&B outlets!
To lead these collaborative venues to success we are seeking an energetic & capable Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team and take the next step in their hospitality career!
Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the day to day operations of these venues ensuring efficiency & effectiveness in collaboration with the wider IDs management team while also providing optimum customer service to all internal & external guests.
What you need:
- Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience in a similar venue - casual restaurant and/or cafe
- Excellent barista skills & general coffee knowledge
- Passion for the hospitality industry, demonstrated with sound product knowledge
- Excellence in delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced establishment
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with guests at all levels
- Leadership qualities, to motivate and coach staff
