Crown Staff Club Sales Coordinator
Crown Melbourne| Part Time 24 hours per week

The Crown Staff Club is an independent membership based non-profit organisation operated by a team of Crown employees that are seconded to the Crown Staff Club.

The Crown Staff Club Sales Coordinator role is responsible for providing internal customers with efficient and outstanding Customer Service in a professional and orderly manner. This role is also responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Clubs Member Database and operating procedures, providing operational and administrative support to the Staff Club Operations team, maintaining relationships with members and suppliers and the coordination of events, bookings, retails sales and enquiries.

Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • To be the initial point of contact for all external and internal stakeholders trying to contact the team
  • Have a complete and thorough understanding of all retail products for sale
  • Assist with the development and building of the Crown Staff Club membership
  • Assist with the promotion of the Crown Staff Club
  • Answer all incoming calls, prioritise requests and qualify requirements prior to dispersing information to relevant team members
  • Build and maintain relationships with other team members
  • Assist with administering team email inboxes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sound experience utilising the Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Proven experience in providing retail and administrative support
  • Demonstrates strong organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work late nights and weekends
