Mesh is located in Crown Promenade Hotel offering relaxed and stylish dining in beautifully designed surrounds. The 380-seat restaurant serves contemporary bistro food from the impressive buffet or orders are taken from the a la carte menu in Tonic Bar. Mesh Restaurant and Tonic Bar are a popular choice for group functions. The Mesh kitchen also looks after Promenade Hotel Room Service.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Volume restaurant experience
- Breakfast buffet experience is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team environment
- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
- Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
- Ability to work across a rotating 24 hour roster including weekends and public holidays
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
