An exciting opportunity exists to join Crown as a full-time Area Manager within the Gaming Machines department. Reporting to the Senior Operations and Service Manager, you will be accountable for leading a medium sized team on the Gaming Floor, Crown Rewards Loyalty Program and on-floor Promotions to deliver an engaging and memorable customer experience.
Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading teams to deliver an engaging and memorable customer experience
- Promoting a positive team culture that reflects company values
- Ensure the overall integrity and compliance of Gaming Machines operations is maintained
- Ensure compliance with and adherence to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- Having a focus on employee engagement and leading cultural change
- Support and lead change initiatives
- Ongoing feedback and coaching to enhance staff development and performance management
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- An understanding of working in a highly regulated environment
- The ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
- Experience in gaming industry beneficial but not a requirement
- Demonstrated management experience
- Exposure to performance management
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- A desire to deliver results
- Demonstrated ability to support business initiatives and continuous improvement
- Holder of, or ability to obtain, a VGCCC Category A licence
