We’re looking for a pro-active Assistant Manager with strong operational and leadership experience to maintain and develop the Pearl Room goals and standards and ensure the delivery of highest quality of service.
Essential Criteria to be considered for this role are:
- Flexible availability
- Proven leadership/management experience within the hospitality sector
- Approved Managers Card
- Strong leadership skills and ability to train and develop staff
- Experience in a food and/or beverage environment
- Experience leading and delegating tasks to staff
- Knowledge and understanding of RSA
- Wine, Beer and Spirit knowledge
- Fluent in other languages would be an advantage, but not essential
