An exciting, newly created role has opened up for an experienced Beverage Manager to join the Senior Food & Beverage Administration Team at Crown Melbourne!
The purpose of this role is to support the F&B Melbourne team to drive & roll out the beverage strategy in line with financial targets.The position will require a close working relationship with the wider beverage team, outlet managers as well as systems administrators to maintain & ensure that all inventory stock levels are correct via analysis, reporting and a monthly reconciliation across all business units.
Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
Partner with the business to achieve agreed FY financial targets, such as beverage costs, revenue, and sales
Imparting up-to-date knowledge in beverage products around emerging trends, services, and industry suppliers/vendors to the business
Ensure that all inventory stock levels are accurate in the Peoplesoft financials system & has a clear understanding of what is required to maintain this
Execute and communicate the key drivers and objectives of the beverage strategy to all key stake holders
Outlet cost control through assisting with portion control, recipe costing & forecasting so outlets can meet their budget objectives
Develop & deliver beverage training programs & resources to stakeholders
