We currently have exciting opportunity at Crown Promenade in the role of Assistant Housekeeper.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join the well-established team and to assist in ensuring the smooth operations and standards of the Housekeeping Department.
Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, this role is responsible for supporting the direction and coordination of all activities of the Housekeeping Department to achieve maximum efficiency and ensure all hotel guests comfort and needs are met. The Assistant Housekeeper will also take on all responsibilities of the Executive Housekeeper in their absence.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous Housekeeping Supervisory or management experience in a large hotel managing a large team.
- Strong attention to detail with the passion to deliver personalised service.
- A positive attitude that aligns with the team culture and creates a highly motivated team.
- Previous experience in ensuring OHS and compliance policies are strictly adhered to.
- Demonstrated internal & external stakeholder management.
- Confidence in leading and motivating a team while working to constrictive time frames.
- An understanding of the confidentiality required for this position.
- Excellent written & verbal skills.
- Previous experience with rostering a large team, inventory and ordering of supplies.
- Availability to meet the needs of a flexible roster.
