
CROWN GIFTS SALES COORDINATOR
PART TIME & CASUAL OPPORTUNITES
We currently have exciting opportunities in our Crown Gifts Store in the role of Sales Coordinator. Being the first point of contact of Crown Gifts, you will need a warm and welcoming demeanour while ensuring a high standard of store presentation and merchandise display.
This can be a fast-paced working environment where you will have numerous duties including handling gift enquiries and purchases, providing information on deals and packages and tracking online store purchases. Being a small team, you will have the capability to work autonomously and proactively follow open and close procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting our customers
- Delivering a high level of customer service
- Managing client information in Opera
- Processing and packing of online Gift Cards and merchandise purchases
- Providing a detailed knowledge of Crown’s packages and promotions
What you need:
- A passion for the Retail and Service Industry
- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills and exceptional grooming standards to meet 5 star expectations
- Confidence and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Flexible availability to work across a 7 day roster between the hours of 8:30am and 9pm
