A very rare & exciting opportunity currently exists for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the talented & enthusiastic Silks FOH team!
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this role needs a hospitality professional who will be accountable for the efficient operation of this premium style restaurant while influencing a positive team culture. You will ensure services provided are in accordance with the approved sequences of service and ensure every customer receives a personalised 5 star experience.
What you need:
Previous proven managerial experience, preferable in a similar premium restaurant environment, some knowledge of traditional Chinese cuisine is desirable
Hands on experience with training, coaching, motivating and developing a large team
Strong business acumen, time management and organisational skills
Passion for the hospitality industry, demonstrated with sound product knowledge
Immaculate grooming standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with guests and stakeholders at all levels
