HEALTH & LEISURE CONSULTANT
FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY
Located in the award winning Crown Towers, our Pool, Gym and Day Spa offers our guests a new level of luxury. With state of the art gym equipment, 25 metre indoor heated pool and private lounge areas, these facilities are the epitome of 5 star luxury.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Health & Leisure consultant to join our team. This is a varied role where your main focus will be maintaining the pool and gymnasium areas, providing some personal training sessions to our exclusive membership base and devising programs and instructions to our guests where needed.
What the role will involve:
- Meeting and greeting guests and clients
- Monitoring the pool and gym
- Walking through our facilities to ensure cleanliness & safety
- Advising guests on the use of gym equipment
- Having an in-depth knowledge on exercise programs and practices, including Yoga or Pilates
- Occasional personal training sessions to our members
What you need:
- Certificate III in Fitness
- Certificate IV in Personal Training
- Senior First Aid Certificate (training provided)
- Lifeguard Certificate (training provided)
- Confidence in delivering personal training sessions
- Ability to grow our membership base
- Previous experience within the Health & Fitness industry
- Confident ability to make informed fitness and product recommendations to a varied client base
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss client requirements
- Ability to commit to a rotational roster between the hours of 5:45am and 10:15pm over 7 days
