An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cage VIP Operations & Service Manager to join the Cage and Count team at Crown Melbourne. The Cage is responsible for all customer financial transactions at Crown.

Reporting to the Group General Manager – Cage and Count, the Cage VIP Operations & Service Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the Cage service operations in all VIP Gaming areas across all customer segments.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing personalised customer service to Crowns VIP customers with all financial related transactions.
  • Assist with planning and implementing business initiatives across the Cage Department.
  • Train and develop the Cage Operations team for progression and succession planning.
  • Liaise and assist internal departments and external organisations, to ensure compliance is maintained for all required policies and procedures.
  • Partner effectively across the business to develop and deploy targeted service-related strategies.
  • Ensure Crowns AML/CTF responsibilities are being met by all patrons and Cage operational staff.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster and to be on call 24/7 for any operational matters.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Experience in a customer face-to-face role relating to financial services.
  • Management experience with direct reports required.
  • Experience in a Gaming or Financial Industry – Preferred.
  • Experience working in a regulatory environment with an awareness of AML/CTF reporting obligations.
