NOBU - the world’s most recognised Japanese restaurant, is on the hunt for motivated, dedicated team members to grow within the Nobu family.
This isn’t your regular food server position – Nobu Crown Melbourne’s split-level venue features a sushi bar, private dining room as well as the main restaurant and bar! Serving approximately 400 guests per night you’ll understand why Nobu at Crown Melbourne is the hottest venue is town!
You’ll be joining a team of 60 – and that’s just Food and Beverage Attendants. We haven’t even included our fantastic chefs and supportive management. Your ability to work in a team and strong communications skills will be key.
A solid work ethic, positive attitude and consistent attention to detail are the most important attributes for success and will allow you to thrive in the role.

Skills/Experience Required:

Experience in retail hospitality or a fine dining, high volume restaurant is preferred.

Availability to work a variety of shifts across weekends, public holidays and late nights.

Currently holding, or willing to obtain, a Victorian RSA – we provide training!

Grooming standards to meet expectations.

Unrestricted working rights within Australia.
