Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment delivery for Individual or Volume roles across a designated portfolio
- Focus on best practice attraction, selection, and assessment through to offer
- Promote Crown as an employer of choice
- Provide key stakeholder management
- Collaborate with P&C Leaders and Hiring Managers to understand future requirements
- Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline desirable
- Recruitment experience within a complex organisation, ideally within in an internal Talent Acquisition function
- Ability to multitask / projects of moderate complexity
- Experience in recruitment and HRIS systems is highly desirable
- Solving problems of moderate complexity
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the recruitment profession
