Chef de Partie – Crown Perth

As CDP at Atrium, you will be responsible for overseeing a section of the kitchen to support the Senior Chef’s with the daily preparation and service of food. You will have good technical knowledge and culinary skills to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards within this very fast paced kitchen.
Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Working knowledge of HACCP
- Willingness and ability to work around a 24-hour, 7-day week roster including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team of kitchen professionals
- Australian Trade Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Similar experience as a Chef de Partie
- Specialty in Western, Asian and Japanese cuisine will be highly regarded
Qualifications required:
Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery
