About the Opportunity
Join the Omni Digital team here at David Jones as an Ecommerce Trade Coordinator and help shape the future of premium retail. Based in our vibrant Melbourne CBD offices, you'll play a key role in connecting our online and in-store experiences while working with some of worlds most loved luxury brands.
This permanent position offers the chance to work with leading ecommerce technology and collaborate with passionate teams who are reimagining how customers discover and shop for premium products.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns across digital channels
- Manage inventory planning and allocation for online trading
- Analyse sales performance data and provide actionable insights
- Work closely with buying teams, suppliers, and marketing to optimise product presentation
- Support the execution of seasonal trade strategies
- Ensure accurate product information and pricing across all platforms
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in ecommerce, retail coordination, or merchandise planning
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and retail systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organisational abilities
- Interest in fashion, beauty, or luxury retail
- Proactive mindset with ability to manage competing priorities
