David Jones is the home of Luxury Beauty, with an offering of the best international Luxury Beauty brands. We are looking for world-class Makeup Artists, with a qualification, who are passionate about bringing these brands to life for our customers. Currently recruiting for Dior & Cle De Peau.

What YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

• Share your passion for beauty with our customers and inspire them with your expert product knowledge and personalised recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional, personalised treatments and services to achieve commercial objectives.
• Work closely with your team to empower our customers to look and feel their best.
• Build an ever-growing base of return clientele through genuine and insightful interactions.

What YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE

• A Diploma or Certificate in Makeup Artistry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working within a customer-centric environment.
• Experience consulting in a beauty environment is highly desired.
• The ability to thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.
• Exceptional service mindset and adaptable communication skills.
• Flexibility to work retail hours which includes some late nights and weekends.
• Passion for David Jones and representing our brand, alongside our international Beauty offering.
