Implementation Specialist - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time
A great opportunity for anImplementation Specialist to join the Customer Solutions team and be responsible for the onboarding and overall success of clients. You will be client facing and representing the Real Time Agent product. Through continuous training & support you will ensure we maintain our fantastic retention rate and continue to provide our customers with a high level of support to ensure that they have a terrific experience with Real Time Agent.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will…
Liaising with the sales team and state manager to develop the implementation, onboarding, training and customer success plan tailored to each new account acquired.
Monitoring the utilisation of new client accounts to ensure that our new customers are confident on how to use the product and are being supported through the change management process, including ongoing training.
Up-selling of existing clients across the full Agent Services product suite, as well canvassing for prospective clients.
Identify market gaps and potential new integrations with the customers to further entrench RTA into their business processes.
Managing clients expectations of delivering customizations and new features.
Handle and file any queries that may come through and allocate to the correct division.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to RTA users where necessary.
Provide administration support to sales team and prepare electronic proposals
Overseeing management of all customer invoicing in consultation with the Accounting team.
Contribute to the improvement of the product by providing feedback and expert advice, whilst coordinating with the Product team to ensure understanding of any product changes. Communicate any issues between development and sales teams.
Collaborate with colleagues across product commercialisation and serve as the link between business development and sales teams.
Be curious and proactive, sharing feedback and expertise to ensure products remain relevant to customer needs and desires.
