This an excellent opportunity for Customer Service Specialists to help ensure our customers have an outstanding experience using our property technology solutions. You will have a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, investigating and addressing customer enquiries for Domain, Commercial Real Estate, and AllHomes by phone, email, and online chat. Queries can range from simple site navigation relating to listings, property-related data, and search features to more complex technological issues. You will take responsibility for enquiries from beginning to end, successfully interacting with internal and external stakeholders about listings, products, and accounts. Liaise with advertisers to work on account, product and listing issues, and collaborate with operations and product teams to improve products and processes.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via voice, live chat and email, providing excellent service and support for matters with varying levels of complexity.

  • Using every interaction as an opportunity to improve customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Act as a customer advocate, working cross-functionally to resolve any issues or obstacles.

  • Drive customer adoption and engagement, helping customers realise the total value of our solutions.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to effectively meet the needs of our customers.

  • Provide website and tool support to ensure customers can easily navigate available features.

  • Using customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for your improvement.

  • Contribute to the development of customer experience best practices and processes.
