Business Development Executive - Remote - Permanent Full Time

If you love speaking with customers, solving their problems, all the while working 100% remotely from home….we have a great career opportunity for you! Join our brand new Digital Partnerships Group team at Domain.
We currently have a Business Development Executive opportunity available in the team where you will be required to validate warm new business leads across Australia virtually over the phone or via online meeting platforms and selling our Domain product solutions. We are open to candidates based in SA, NSW, QLD and VIC.
Our customers consist mainly of Property Agencies. You will also enjoy building your network across Domain by working cross-functionally with internal teams such as our new Product Solutions team, Customer Experience and Marketing teams.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will …
  • Have previous experience in B2B sales working toward KPIs and metrics
  • Identify and validate high-impact opportunities and get customer accounts set up in Salesforce.
  • Place a priority on discovery and understand client needs and capabilities.
  • Act as an advocate for customers, influencing solution packages, and supporting marketing that aligns Domain solutions to needs.
  • Be accountable for sales to designated Domain customer group or portfolio, and achievement of sales goals
  • Have the ability to close sales opportunities followed up with attention to detail and accurate documentation
  • Present excellent communication skills and exceptional customer service capabilities
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work across multiple timezones as customers could be anywhere in Australia
  • Be naturally curious and not afraid to ask questions
  • Have experience with Salesforce and Google Suite or Microsoft (or similar)
  • Live and have full working rights in Australia
  • Previous experience in real estate industry would be an advantage but not essential
