An excellent contract-based opportunity for support administrators with experience in invoice and billing to enable our Inside Sales Team. You will facilitate administrative tasks for existing Domain accounts to ensure client requests are quickly and effectively completed and assist Account Executives in maximising client value received from Domain solutions.


For 6 months, you will interact with clients to help add value to their Domain relationship, all whilst working completely remote. We are accepting applications from people based in SA, NSW, QLD, and VIC.


Who are you?

The ideal candidate will…

  • Strive to increase customer love by supporting our sales team and through some direct client engagement.

  • Have the ability to communicate articulately and efficiently to external clients on general invoicing queries.

  • Prioritise and manage expectations across various stakeholders.

  • Continue building Domain’s presence in the local market through supporting and facilitating the resolution of customer needs, whilst driving product usage. Problem-solve customer needs, assisting clients with general troubleshooting queries, including actioning billing and invoicing related queries.

  • Supporting Account Executives in various administrative tasks including handling client correspondence

  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to troubleshoot invoice related issues and be the bridge between the client and internal stakeholders such as Account Executives, Customer Experience and Credit Services teams.

  • Provide feedback, escalate issues and shape processes to help drive improvements and efficiencies

  • Represent Domain to clients, navigating ambiguity with support from team members.

  • Take accountability for team goals and informally support and mentor peers.
