Account Executive - Remote - Permanent Full Time

We currently have opportunities in the team where you will be required to speak with Domain Customers virtually over the phone or via online meeting platforms; acting as a valued partner by understanding our customers’ needs and selling our Domain product solutions. Our customers consist mainly of Property Agencies who you will continue to work with building on existing relationships by truly understanding their individual requirements.
You will also enjoy building your network across Domain by working cross-functionally with internal teams such as our new Product Solutions team, Customer Experience and Marketing teams.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will…
Act as a valued partner by providing clarity and value on Domain product solutions and pricing
Maintain the customer relationship by nurturing current accounts and identifying prospects for further Domain solutions
Drive revenue growth by portfolio and account by meeting monthly targets and managing your pipeline
Have the ability to close sales opportunities followed up with attention to detail and accurate documentation
Present excellent communication skills and exceptional customer service capabilities
As these roles are a stepping stone for internal progression, Ideally you will be able to demonstrate 6 - 18 months in a sales role within a virtual or phone-based environment
Be naturally curious and not afraid to ask questions
Have experience with Salesforce and Microsoft (or similar)
Live and have full working rights in Australia
