Corporate Account Director - Melbourne Office - Permanent Full Time
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Account Director to join our Domain Insight Corporate Commercial team in Melbourne or Sydney.
Your role is to drive growth and new revenue for a portfolio of our existing corporate customers by deeply understanding their needs and unlocking value for them through Domain’s unique data and insights. To be successful, you would bring a combination of best-in-class solution selling and portfolio management expertise.

Who are you?
The ideal candidate will…
- Have a track record of driving growth and new revenue across a portfolio of key corporate accounts
- Experience in identifying and delivering on acquisition, retention, and cross-sell solutions for our customers
- Develop a detailed understanding of Domain’s products and solutions, and the ways in which they can be deployed as solutions to our customers
- Deeply understand customer needs and remain abreast of market changes that impact their business
- Proactively identify opportunities to help customers drive key decisions and outcomes for their business leveraging Domain’s products and solutions
- Respond to customer request and queries, being their representative within Domain Insight to ensure they receive industry leading customer service
- Regularly conduct business reviews with customers to track Domain Insight’s performance, circling back to strategic growth objectives to track performance against these goals
- Possess excellent account management and organisational skills, with a proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities
- Closing opportunities with accurate documentation into Salesforce
- Have a valid drivers licence and a reliable vehicle
