Executive Officer (Chief of Staff) - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time
We are seeking a high calibre, commercially savvy individual to step into a newly created opportunity as Executive Officer (Chief of Staff), reporting into our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
The commercial leadership team reports into the CRO and consists of 5 key leaders and this newly created role will also form a part of our Commercial Leadership team. The Commercial Team consists of over 500 Domain Team members throughout Australasia who are the face of Domain to real estate agents across Australia.

Based in Sydney, the ideal candidate will enjoy being an extension and key advisor to the CRO and be a critical connective tissue both within the Commercial Team and the broader company.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will have the confidence and ability to enhance the efficiency of the CRO and the Commercial Leadership team. You are a coach to the leadership team and the CRO, helping improve everyone’s overall effectiveness. You will also help triage requests and design the CRO’s best and highest use of attention; crafting the CRO’s agenda and focus areas, adjusting as new information and opportunities arise.
In addition, you will be responsible for developing Executive Communications. The CRO is constantly communicating internally (team, board, CEO, company announcements) and externally (LinkedIn, presentations); so your exceptional communications are pivotal in the role. The ideal candidate will also focus their attention on Business / Process Optimisation; such as developing our engagement model with critical customers, and creating a high performing and fun culture.
Ad hoc strategic projects that are division- or company-wide that require senior leadership will also form part of your core responsibilities.
