A great opportunity for Customer Service professionals to be an Implementation Specialist and join our fast-growing team, you will be client-facing, and representing our Engage product. You’ll be responsible for successful implementations and project management of Engage demonstrating the product’s functionality to customers, and managing customer relations during all phases of implementation (planning, design, and delivery) to ensure timely and high-standard outcomes.
A typical day may look like:
Provide key support to our Clients, Sales & Customer Experience teams when needed, to ensure the company delivers excellent Client Service.
Liaising with the Leaders and Sales team to develop the implementation, onboarding, training, and customer success plan tailored to each new account acquired, and/or current client portfolio.
Monitoring the utilisation of new client accounts to ensure that our new customers are confident about how to use the product and are being supported through the change management process, including ongoing training.
Ensure each client’s system is configured correctly and the relevant people understand the customer’s needs
Managing client's expectations of delivering customizations and new features.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to Engage users where necessary.
Work with clients and project manage the rollout of Engage into their network/offices. This includes being the conduit between our customer and internal teams across all elements of the launch including design, setup, marketing, and sales.
Book and host regular group training webinars for clients.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will have…
Experience in real estate or the Prop Tech space is desirable
Someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, who is confident building relationships at Corporate and Office level
Highly autonomous with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
A self starter who takes initiative and is willing to give new things a try.
Skilled with technology, with a willingness to continually develop and enhance
Proficient in Google Workspace, CRM systems (Salesforce/Hubspot).
