A great opportunity is available for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join Domain. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing marketing strategies for agent solutions / products within the Agent Segment. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing marketing communications and campaigns. The role aims to enhance brand awareness, foster consideration, and drive advocacy for our agent products.
You'll collaborate closely with teams involved in go-to-market (GTM), product development, and commercial initiatives to ensure seamless teamwork and overall success.

The ideal candidate will:
● Foster awareness and enhance the perceived value of our Agent Solutions products within the Agent Segment.
● Develop and implement a comprehensive 12-month marketing strategy focused on nurturing, acquiring, onboarding, and retaining users for our agent solutions.
● Design, test, and refine lead nurturing strategies and tactics, to generate new sales opportunities, accelerate existing ones, and strengthen relationships with our current customer base.
● Partner with cross-functional teams - Personalised Marketing, Digital Acquisition, PR, Creative and content teams - providing initiative briefs and guiding the creative direction for various multi-channel campaigns
● Conduct thorough reviews, tracking, and reporting on all initiatives and programs to assess ROI. Provide recommendations for enhancing the impact of marketing activities to achieve business objectives.
● Guide and execute marketing strategies to support the successful launch of new SaaS products, contributing to increased market adoption and customer engagement.
What would we love you to have?
● Minimum 5 years of multi-channel marketing experience
● Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing strategy management, implementation, analysis and reporting in a fast-paced environment
● Experience collaborating with product teams to translate technical features into compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.
● Proven success in lead generation and nurturing strategies, driving quality opportunities through the sales funnel
● Strong creative thinking skills, with the ability to craft compelling propositions that resonate with the target audience
● Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
● Product marketing, particularly for technology products or SaaS solutions preferred.
