Culture at Drivetrain Australia Pty. Ltd.
"When I joined Drivetrain eight years ago, I entered a male-dominated industry where women were rare in leadership roles. Despite facing challenges and skepticism, each obstacle shaped me into the leader I am today. Working with a diverse, supportive team, I’ve seen firsthand that true leadership is about collaboration and pushing boundaries. I'm proud of the progress we’ve made, and I’m excited to continue driving change. To any woman considering a career here: The opportunities are endless when you bring passion, resilience, and a desire to make an impact.”

Our progress is driven by the people we work with, and we recognise that in a safe, inclusive and diverse workplace we all have the opportunity to succeed.
We support development to ensure our employees can reach their full potential. We do this through offering technical and leadership training opportunities, as well as our scholarship program where all employees have the opportunity to apply for further education courses in a range or areas.
We recognise our people for their achievements and contributions through our Elevate a Workmate recognition program and show our appreciation for them with our Elevate Rewards program, which offers employee benefits and discounts on a range of day-to-day expenses including groceries, travel and many retail outlets. This is one small way we can help our employees with cost of living challenges.
We do this because our people are what keep us moving.
The General Manager of Drivetrain shares his excitement about our endorsement by WORK180:
"I am proud to lead a business where diversity is a cornerstone of business success. I believe that supporting gender diversity is not just the right thing to do, it’s a strategic advantage. Diverse teams bring broader perspectives, drive innovation, and strengthen decision making. Drivetrain’s focus on fostering an inclusive workplace helps us attract talent, improve retention, and reflect the values of our customers and our people. We are committed to creating opportunity and supporting women across all our Drivetrain roles from our workshops through to leadership by building a culture where support and respect is clear and everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute."

A message from Drivetrain Australia Pty. Ltd. about flexible and remote working
We recognise that flexibility looks different depending on the nature and make-up of each role and team. All flexible arrangements are grounded in open conversations between employees and their managers and are designed to balance personal needs with team and business requirements.
