The Opportunity
We're growing our Procurement & Contracts team and are seeking professionals at all levels, from Associate Procurement & Contract Manager through to Senior Procurement & Contract Manager.
Whether you're looking to build on your existing experience or you're an established commercial leader ready to take ownership of complex projects, you'll play a key role in delivering critical transmission infrastructure that supports South Australia's energy future.
Depending on your experience, you will support, manage or lead:
- Procurement and sourcing activities
- Tendering and supplier selection
- Contract negotiation and administration
- Commercial and contractual advice
- Variations, claims and risk management
- Supplier and stakeholder engagement
- Governance and approval processes
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Complex negotiations and mentoring (senior roles)
About You
We're looking for motivated, high-energy professionals who enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and thrive on delivering outcomes. You'll be proactive, solutions-focused and confident building relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
You will bring:
- Experience in procurement, contracts, commercial management or a related field
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Commercial acumen and sound problem-solving ability
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, team-first mindset
- Experience with tendering and contract administration processes
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
Desirable:
- Infrastructure, construction or energy sector experience
- MCIPS or similar professional accreditation
