Our application process consists of three stages:

1. 20 or 30-minute Initial Zoom Discussion with the General Manager & the Engineering Manager to discuss the role and learn more about why you are interested in working with us.

2. 60-minute Zoom Meeting with two Team Members to focus on your communication, collaboration, and high-level technical skills.

3. 90-minute Session with two components:

3a. 30-minute 'Meet the Team' open, mutual discussion with three members of the Exa Team.

3b. 60-minute technical deep-dive based on a practical assessment.
