Our interview process consists of:
- 15-minute phone call to discuss the role and learn more about why you are interested in working with us.
- 60-minute Teams meeting with two Team Members to discuss your high-level technical skills, problem-solving approaches, and relevant engineering topics.
- 60-minute Teams meeting with two Team Members to discuss collaboration, culture, and professional growth.
- 50-minute Teams meeting with Exa's Coach to discuss team dynamics, self-management, and insights from a voluntary Enneagram assessment.
- 25-minute Teams meeting with Exa's Co-Founders to provide additional context about the Company and ensure mutual alignment before finalizing a hiring decision.
