Role Overview:

We’re looking for a highly motivated, innovative and dynamic individual to join the People & Culture team.

The mission of this role is to make Finder the most engaged and productive workplace. The Workplace Experience Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining the Sydney office and championing our company culture. You will be at the heart and soul of the workplace, helping to keep the office running smoothly and creating social opportunities and a sense of community for our crew.

The perfect candidate for this role is someone who loves interacting with people, finds joy in helping others, takes pride in keeping spaces organised and functional and is passionate about creating both in-person and remote social events and experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Office
    • Coordinate the ordering and logistics for daily lunches, snacks and beverages.
    • Ensure facility maintenance and repairs are handled appropriately
    • Ensure the office is kept neat, tidy and organised
    • Regularly assess workplace readiness and operations, ensuring that Finders standards are maintained
    • Coordinate office fit-outs and upgrades.
  • Employee experience:
    • Create and coordinate a wide range of social and cultural programs, initiatives and activities.
    • Partner with the P&C & IT team to provide all new starters with a seamless and positive onboarding experience.
    • Assist with offboarding
  • Operations & Administration:
    • Coordinate with external vendors and providers to negotiate corporate rates/ deals across various areas (travel, accommodation, catering, merchandise, entertainment, etc.)
    • Oversee shipping and receiving for the office and retrieve, sort and distribute incoming mail.
    • Document processes and procedures on Crew Experience.
