- CA or CPA qualified, or working towards qualification
- Experience in FP&A, management reporting, financial planning and forecasting
- Strong financial modelling, reporting, reconciliation and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and complex formulas; VBA/macros advantageous
- Experience supporting cost and benefit tracking for projects, transformation initiatives or PMOs
- Exposure to Activity Based Costing (ABC), cost allocation methodologies, and platforms such as Workday Financials, Workday Adaptive Planning, Power BI or similar tools is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across global teams
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset and a track record of improving reporting processes and ways of working
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking ownership, and delivering outcomes in a changing environment
Your day-to-day
- Support financial planning, reporting and analysis across the Enablement Group, including budgeting, forecasting and executive reporting.
- Partner with Project Managers, the PMO and Finance teams to track transformation costs, benefits and project performance.
- Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of an Activity Based Costing (ABC) framework, including allocation methodologies and Workday configuration.
- Build and maintain scalable reporting, controls and reconciliation processes to support business and transformation initiatives.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis, identify opportunities to improve or automate processes, and maintain clear documentation.
- Build strong relationships across Finance and the broader business, communicating financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
