We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help take our X-Series, GFX, Z Projectors and FUJINON brand and products to the next level by leading our digital transformation. This multi-faceted role is perfect for someone who would like to take the initiative to lead our digital transformation. Reporting to the Head of Marketing - Electronic Imaging & Optical Devices, you will own and drive the digital strategy and execution across all touchpoints for the Electronic Imaging & Optical Devices division.
Key areas of responsibility include:

Own and drive the Fujifilm Electronic Imaging and Optical Devices division's digital strategy through to execution.

Develop and manage social media content planning, posting & optimisation to drive brand consideration, engagement, and viewership.

Collaborate with internal teams to launch best in class digital marketing campaigns.

Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to support brand, product, and commercial objectives.

Lead the digital content calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches, retail initiatives, events, partnerships, and creator activities.

Analyse campaign performance and customer insights using analytics platforms to deliver actionable recommendations and continuous optimisation.

Manage email marketing and CRM initiatives to nurture customer relationships, improve retention, and drive lifetime value.

Collaborate with creative, sales, product, and external agency partners to deliver consistent and impactful customer experiences.

Identify and leverage emerging digital trends, technologies, and platform opportunities to maintain market leadership. Manage digital marketing budgets, agency relationships, and campaign reporting to ensure efficient return on investment.

Establish and report on key performance indicators including reach, engagement, website traffic, lead generation, conversion, and return on ad spend.

Support the growth and management of Fujifilm’s creator, ambassador, and influencer ecosystem to amplify brand advocacy and community engagement.
