We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service & Administration Representative to join our Operations team. This is a Permanent - Full Time position that offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong administrative and customer service skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of interactions
- Assisting with general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the department
- Collaborating with other teams to resolve customer issues effectively
- Contributing to the development and improvement of customer service processes
