Shape your world and achieve together
- Develop a working understanding of Fujitsu Enterprise Application landscape (SAP ERP, Enterprise Resource Management, Project & Portfolio Management, etc) and familiarity with underlying business processes and data flows
- Understand current systems usage and relationships, ensuring potential impacts on all integrated processes have been considered when proposing solutions and offering advice to end-users
- Establish and grow trusted relationships across different stakeholder groups, working closely with them in understanding their needs and challenges and providing solutions to address them
- Develop awareness of professionally accredited Business Analysis methodologies (IIBA BABOK), applying these to understand and frame business challenges, gather/document requirements to design and deliver effective solutions
- Work closely with other DSPU team/squad members to manage assigned Demand Register (Backlog) items, providing input into proposed solutions design for systems and process improvements as required by the business via functional and non-functional ensuring these are captured use cases and stories aligned to business unit strategies and operational plans
- Develop and maintain test scripts for system enhancements and project activities, coordinate testing and results review with business stakeholders
- Ensure suitable levels of training and competency for business stakeholders across DSPU supported applications and underlying business processes, through preparation of engaging training artefacts (videos, reference guides, portal updates)
- Undergraduate degree (Finance & Accounting, Business, Commerce, Computer Sciences or related)
- Professional accreditation aspiration (eg. CPA/CA, IIBA CCBA, PMP)

PLEASE NOTE:
