We are looking for Service Delivery Manager to join a highly successful team responsible for the management of services delivered to a large Government client.

Customer Service Managers (Service Delivery Managers) at Fujitsu focus on four key challenges
  1. Delivering to all service level obligations
  2. Developing effective relationships and teams,
  3. Fostering innovation and improving productivity
  4. Growing and transforming the services business we deliver to the client.
You will need to enjoy a sometimes complex and changing environment that will require a mix of skilful proactive and responsive action. You will be responsible for ensuring the customer is consistently satisfied and expectations are exceeded, enhancing Fujitsu's reputation as an IT service provider, and identifying opportunities to grow the business.

Building your own path to success: To thrive in this role, we envisage you having:

  • Some leadership experience, preferably within IS outsourcing
  • A breadth and depth of knowledge of CSM standards & practices
  • Experience managing service delivery under an ITIL framework
  • Proven experience (or at least a strong interest in developing skills in) client operations, contract adherence, monitoring and reporting, financial management of projects and services, and risk management
  • Demonstrable skills in thinking strategically, making an impact, leveraging expertise, changing and improving, and winning with energy
