Fujitsu Australia is a leading provider of technology solutions and services, with a strong reputation for innovation and quality. We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support our high profile sales team.
Key duties include:
- Supports the sales leadership team by providing the cadence, tools, data & insights for accurate sales forecasting across all required dimensions (e.g. time horizon, Industry, solution)
- Highlight incentives on new products and services
- Provide tailored dashboards, data & analytics to enable pipeline management, accuracy, and data quality on CIE, Industry and individual level.
- Run revenue & margin forecasting and recovery/gap plans in collaboration with Finance
- Owns the end-to-end quota setting process to support CIE leadership in setting targets in line with strategy and growth plans
- Responsible for the continuous development and implementation of the sales incentive plan in alignment with global & APAC requirements
- Set-up and management of any special incentives as required
- Manages the monthly Incentive Review Board process (preparation, tracking, dispute resolutions)
- Sales operations experience ideally with tech
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce, Excel and other relevant BA tools
- Strong concern for efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships
- Highly organized and able to manage conflicting priorities and timelines
