About the role

We are searching for motivated Change Analysts/Technical Writers to convert existing and/or create new ICCMS user guides, into a form that will support actual ICCMS user-practitioners in a language where end users will clearly understand.
Currently, there is no single ICCMS user guide, instead there are a series of release notes containing enhancement specific changes that are shared with frontline staff on a quarterly basis. The service will work off the Digital Opportunities program, and expected to interface with numerous cross functional groups, including but not limited to policy, operations, practice leadership and technical build groups, to translate the technical nature of user guides/help into a form that will benefit and assist system end users.

About you


Essential:
  • A minimum 3 years’ experience producing technical documentation and user guides.
  • Experience in producing documentation through various mediums including, MS Word and Power Point.
  • Experience in producing user documentation to support business processes and IT system solutions.
  • Advanced skills in communicating qualitative and quantitative information in a creative and innovative format.
  • Experience in collaborating effectively with key stakeholders.
Desirable:
  • Previous government experience.
  • Previous knowledge of government child protection practices
