About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Modeler to join our team. The Data Modeler will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data models that accurately represent the organization's data requirements and support effective data management and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modelling concepts and techniques, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the integrity and quality of data assets.


About you



To take the next step in your next career opportunity we are seeking candidates with experience in:
  • Data Modelling: Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models that capture the organization's data requirements.
  • Ensure that the data models are aligned with industry best practices and standards. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders, data users, and data management teams to understand data requirements and translate them into data models.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and documentation analysis to gather information. Data Analysis: Analyse existing data sources, structures, and dependencies to identify opportunities for data modelling improvements.
  • Work with data owners and subject matter experts to validate and refine data model designs.
  • Data Integration: Define data integration and data exchange requirements between different systems and databases.
  • Identify data transformation and mapping rules to ensure data consistency and accuracy across various systems.
  • Data Quality and Governance: Collaborate with data governance teams to establish data quality standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Define and enforce data modelling and data management best practices to ensure data integrity and consistency.
