About the role


We are seeking an exceptional Agile Solution Architect who excels in collaboration, communication, and adaptability to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with others, embracing diverse perspectives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, architectural governance, CI/CD practices, and a strong technical background in OpenAPI, RESTful APIs, Typescript, Node.js, PL/SQL, and Microsoft Azure. Experience working with Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle RDBMS technologies is essential.

About you


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, to analyze requirements and define software solutions that align with business needs and objectives.
  • Break down complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of proposed solutions.
  • Cultivate an environment that values diverse perspectives, encourages open-mindedness, and supports team members in presenting alternative viewpoints. Develop and maintain architectural standards and patterns using Architectural Decision Records (ADRs) or similar methodologies, upholding proper architectural governance.
  • Utilize your expertise in OpenAPI, RESTful APIs, Typescript, Node.js, Oracle PL/SQL, and Oracle RDBMS technologies to design and implement efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Optimize cloud-based infrastructure using Microsoft Azure, adhering to best practices and industry-standard design patterns.
  • Embody an Agile mindset, emphasizing iterative development, continuous improvement, and adaptability, with a willingness to adjust decisions based on new information and learnings.
  • Design and guide the implementation of CI/CD practices, streamlining the development and deployment process to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Generate requirements and design documentation, such as Solution Architecture Document (SAD) and Technical Design Document (TDD), while demonstrating a can- do attitude and a willingness to fill gaps in order to get tasks done efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software architecture and solution design.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Strong knowledge of OpenAPI and RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Proficient in Typescript, Node js, Oracle PL/SQL, and Oracle RDBMS technologies Solid experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to generate high-quality solution design artifacts.
  • Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering a diverse and inclusive team environment.
  • Experience in designing and guiding CI/CD practice
