About the role

The Operation Test & Evaluation Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing operational tests and evaluations of various systems, processes, and procedures. This role involves designing test plans, conducting tests, analysing data, and providing recommendations to improve overall operational effectiveness. The Operation Test & Evaluation Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems and processes meet performance requirements and standards.


About you

  • Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans, including objectives, methodologies, test procedures, and evaluation criteria, based on operational requirements and objectives.
  • Test Execution: Conduct tests, simulations, and evaluations of systems, processes, and procedures to assess performance, identify issues, and measure compliance with operational standards.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather relevant data during tests and evaluations, and analyse the results to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize statistical methods and tools to interpret and present data effectively. Documentation: Prepare clear and concise reports documenting test findings, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Present findings to stakeholders, including management and project teams.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, project managers, and subject matter experts, to ensure effective coordination of test activities and to address identified issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide recommendations for process improvements, system modifications, and performance enhancements based on test results and analysis.
  • Compliance: Ensure that testing activities adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, and maintain a strong focus on safety, security, and quality throughout the evaluation process.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and issues related to operational performance and make recommendations to mitigate or address them proactively.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, operators, and project teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of test procedures and recommendations.
