About the role
We are currently seeking a Manager – Business Support to work closely with and support the Fujitsu Data & AI Leadership Team to achieve our growth aspirations across APAC. This is a four day per week role (Monday – Thursday except one Friday per month when the Leadership Team meet.

About the role
We are currently seeking a Manager – Business Support to work closely with and support the Fujitsu Data & AI Leadership Team to achieve our growth aspirations across APAC. This is a four day per week role (Monday – Thursday except one Friday per month when the Leadership Team meet.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage and oversee the business support including administrative support, operations, and logistics
- Collaborate with leadership team members, project managers and consultants to understand their support requirements and ensure efficient delivery of services
- Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures to streamline business support activities across projects and departments
- Support the resource allocation processes in collaboration with the Assoc. Director – Digital Delivery to meet client demands and optimize utilization of staff
- Oversee the management of office facilities, equipment, and supplies to support the smooth and efficient operations of the team
- Support the key meetings of the LT, TLT and Principals by providing necessary administrative and logistical assistance, including document preparation and coordination
- Analyse data and generate reports to evaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to senior management
- Ensure processes are in place to support the celebration of team members birthdays, social competitions, and f2fdrinks/activity catch up
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements relevant to business support functions in the consulting industry
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a business support or administrative function
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on process improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in using business support tools, software, and systems; Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Salesforce. SAP experience would be beneficia
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
