Are you an HR professional passionate about employee relations, remuneration, and strategic HR initiatives? Fujitsu has acquired 4 new IT consultancies in the last 18 months and we are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join and contribute to our APAC New Divisions' M&A activities. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on HR programs and policies. his is a great growth opportunity for an individual seeking to work in large complex global business whilst supporting a manageable number of stakeholders.

About the role

Key duties within your new role include:
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert advice on performance management, disciplinary and grievance issues, and conflict resolution.
  • Remuneration: Conduct regular remuneration assessments and provide recommendations to ensure fairness, equity, and alignment with Fujitsu's compensation philosophy and market trends, facilitating smooth integration activities.
  • People Strategy: Collaborate closely with the New Division teams to develop and implement effective people strategies that align with business objectives. This includes talent management, succession planning, employee engagement initiatives, and cultural diagnostics.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment law policies and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to the New Divisions.
  • M&A Integration: Lead and participate in P&C M&A integration initiatives, contributing to successful organizational integration.

About You

  • Proven experience supporting demanding and high-profile teams.
  • Ability to challenge existing ways of working and propose tailored solutions to meet business needs.
  • Experience working with employees in New Zealand is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Upholding confidentiality and handling sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
