Fujitsu is currently sourcing for the newly created role of Director of Demand Center in APAC Marketing. This role reports to the Vice President of APAC Marketing and entails overseeing a team responsible for creating and managing integrated demand programs across the APAC region. The Director will work closely with APAC Uvance, Technology & Solution, Corporate Marketing, Market Intelligence, and Field Marketing teams. We are seeking an ideal candidate who will approach the roll-out of regional motions and campaigns with a service mindset.
About the role
- Lead the team in coming up with creative and effective regional motions to generate leads and opportunities
- Improve and standardize our approaches to generating demand across different campaigns, ensuring scalability and effectiveness.
- Provide strategic guidance to Field Marketing, aligning our priorities with the market and measuring the success of our programs.
- Establish a consistent process for planning and implementing regional campaigns across the APAC region.
- Implement data acquisition best practices to enhance our ability to generate demand.
- Create tools and resources that the Lead/Business Development team can use, such as call scripts and collaterals, to support their efforts.
- Manage the marketing budget, making sure our investments deliver the expected return on investment.
- Ensure that our campaign messages are aligned with our company values and brand requirements.
- Encourage a culture of innovation by sharing best practices and collaborating with other teams.
- Maintain regular communication with our sales and marketing teams in the APAC region.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing to generate new leads and move existing prospects through the pipeline.
- Work closely with Marketing Operations to track the success of our programs and ensure consistent reporting requirements are met.
- Minimum of 15 years of marketing experience within the IT/Technology sector
- Experience across APAC is essential
- Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication skills.
- Extensive experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success.
