Gemco Rail specialises in the manufacture, maintenance and overhaul of wagons, locomotives, passenger cars, rollingstock components and track maintenance equipment to support our customers to maintain their operations effectively and efficiently and maximise the life of their assets.
About the Roles
We’re thrilled to be expanding and launching our new Gemco site in Rockhampton, and we’re looking for passionate, skilled, and motivated individuals to submit an expression of interest and join our growing team.

About You
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Strong understanding of Occupational Health & Safety regulations and commitment to safe work practices
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document inspections and interact confidently across teams
Well-developed organisational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
Hold a High-Risk Work Licence
Read drawings and manufacture components as per the drawings
Ability to work efficiently and maintain accuracy under pressure
