About the Role
Gemco Rail has an exciting opportunity for Operations Administration Officer to join our growing operations in Karratha, Western Australia. This role is required to manage the effective processing of customer orders from order receipt to completion and invoicing, as well as to undertake general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of customer service orders using SAP
- Daily entry of job creation data and printing of job packages
- Receipt, issue and track parts for job packages
- Daily processing and sending of invoices
- Scanning and uploading of all job related paperwork
- Compile monthly production reports
- Provide internal customer service to workshop team members
- Maintenance of customer WIP
- Creation of customer MDR reports and other project related documentation
- Entering/processing of employee timesheets
- Participate in regular inventory cycle counts & resolve discrepancies with Supply Chain
- Provide administrative support as required
This role will report to Karratha Site Supervisor.
About YouEssential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Proven administration experience
- Intermediate Microsoft office expertise including Word and Excel
- Strong administrative and IT capabilities
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong customer service skills - ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail, organised and able to work autonomously
- Ability to manage own work priorities and job requirements in a timely and effective manner
- Demonstrated collaborative nature - building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business
Desirable:
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Relevant experience within a manufacturing environment or similar
