Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews or committee schedules, hiring events, and organize logistics, liaising with customers and Googlers cross-functionally. Partner with all levels of Googlers to arrange schedules and provide a boutique-level experience for customers and stakeholders.
- Develop data-driven strategies and insights identifying both short and long-term opportunities.
- Improve processes using a data-driven approach including developing tools, growth for efficiency, and automation solutions focused on improving both operational efficiencies and customer experience.
- Manage relationships with tech staffing stakeholders to ensure efficiency in the management of Google interviews.
- Communicate professionally, tactfully, with diplomacy at all times and maintain confidentiality.
