A little bit about the role
The CRM Specialist - Customer Marketing, will work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to lead the strategy, ideation, journey mapping, stakeholder management, implementation of email builds, SMS sends, reporting, WIP management and more with a key focus on Credit Cards, Personal Loans and Business customers.
The role will work with the Customer Experience, Product, Branch and Call Centre, to build CRM journeys and contact strategies, executing campaigns that address the member lifecycle and their financial motivations. The role will be responsible for creating memorable 1:1 experiences directly with our customer that will deepen their relationships with us and drive sustainable growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
-Supporting the planning and execution of email, direct mail, statement inserts and messaging, call centre and branch leads
-Turning data into action by developing an understanding of customer behaviour, and translating these into a design and CRM program
-End-to-end campaign management including data extracts through to email builds
-Manage all approvals for the activity, ensuring it adheres to compliance, regulatory and legal requirements
-Set, monitor and review campaigns, also implement test & learn plans and post campaign analysis to deliver better value and conversion
-Own and drive the efficiency and effectiveness of one-to-one marketing to Credit Card, Personal Loan and Business customers
A little bit about you
-Experienced in CRM, data driven and/or loyalty marketing experience
-Strong stakeholder management skills, someone not afraid to take the lead
-Problem solver - expert at figuring out how to create and optimise complex CRM journeys and connecting the dots of complex systems, software, data points to help our customers
-Highly organised with a meticulous approach to project management
-Experienced managing multi-channel campaigns and programs
-Adobe, Microsoft dynamics or salesforce experience highly desirable
-Degree qualified preferred and Banking or Insurance exposure highly desirable
