Our Civil Engineering team delivers a broad range of services, including site selection and planning, spatial analysis and digital terrain modelling, earthworks and site grading, drainage and flood modelling, and flood impact assessments. We work closely with our broader earth sciences teams to provide integrated, high-quality solutions across projects. With a strong pipeline of secured work, a recent major project win, and continued growth across renewable energy and mining sectors, our Perth team is expanding. We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Designer to play a key role in supporting project delivery and strengthening our design capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality civil design outputs using Civil3D
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary project teams
  • Liaise with lead designers, engineers, and junior team members
  • Produce detailed design and construction deliverables
  • Develop 3D earthworks models and 2D design drawings
  • Prepare material take-offs and quantities
  • Ensure all outputs meet required technical and quality standards
  • Contribute to safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery

About You

You bring demonstrated experience in civil design, including time spent in a similar designer role, with strong proficiency in Civil3D and AutoCAD. Exposure to tools such as OpenRoads or 12d is advantageous. You hold an Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification and are comfortable working in small, collaborative teams. You are known for your strong safety focus, integrity, and ability to build effective working relationships. With solid communication skills and general digital literacy, you are committed to continuous professional growth. Experience in solar farm projects would be highly regarded.
