We are seeking an Intermediate level Engineer to support the delivery of high-quality civil and structural design outcomes across a portfolio of infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on transportation infrastructure delivery. This role is suited to a capable and motivated engineer who enjoys working in multidisciplinary project environments and contributing to technically complex projects. The engineer will be responsible for undertaking engineering design under the guidance of senior engineers and designers. The role will support engineering teams from early concept development through to detailed design and execution. While the core focus will be on infrastructure projects such as railway, transport and civil structures, the opportunity to contribute to heavy industrial and mining projects also exists.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural design for infrastructure projects, including concrete, steel, and civil structures.
- Oversee the development of project models in accordance with project and company BIM standards.
- Review design documentation including general arrangement drawings, reinforcement detailing, steelwork drawings, and schedules.
- Coordinate structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural inputs when required.
