About the Role
Join the Hatch team on a world class Lithium Hydroxide facility south of Perth, Western Australia. As one of the largest Lithium Hydroxide sites in the southern hemisphere, the Kemerton Expansion Project supports the transition from fossil fuels to clean energy. Hatch is seeking an experienced CCMS Coordinator to join our team for a project-based opportunity. The purpose of this role is to coordinate the completion and turnover of systems and equipment for the Project. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of a completions plan to ensure systems and equipment are completed and turned over to operations on schedule and to the required standard; coordinating with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure that all systems and equipment are completed and tested to meet project specifications and design and ensuring all completion documentation is accurate, complete and delivered to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities include coordinating and participating in walkdowns, inspections, and testing of systems and equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards and managing the punch list process to ensure that all outstanding issues are resolved prior to turnover.
About You
To be considered for this role you will possess the following essential skills and experience
- 5+ years of experience in completions coordination, commissioning, or construction management within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of EPCM project delivery method and construction completion processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple systems and equipment simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
