About the Role
Join the Hatch team on a world class Lithium Hydroxide facility south of Perth, Western Australia. As one of the largest Lithium Hydroxide sites in the southern hemisphere, the Kemerton Expansion Project supports the transition from fossil fuels to clean energy. Hatch is seeking an experienced CCMS Coordinator (Construction and Commissioning Managment) to join our team for a project-based opportunity. The purpose of this role is to coordinate the completion and turnover of systems and equipment for the Project. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of a completions plan to ensure systems and equipment are completed and turned over to operations on schedule and to the required standard; coordinating with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure that all systems and equipment are completed and tested to meet project specifications and design and ensuring all completion documentation is accurate, complete and delivered to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities include coordinating and participating in walkdowns, inspections, and testing of systems and equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards and managing the punch list process to ensure that all outstanding issues are resolved prior to turnover.
This role is Drive In, Drive Out on a 5 days on 2 days off or 2/1 Roster (option for Fly-In, Fly-Out if you make your own way to site).
About you
To be considered for this role you will possess the following essential skills and experience:
- Experience in completions within the construction industry
- Strong computer skills with expertise in digital/electronic completions using systems such as Omega PIMS, TOSTR, Hexagon Smart Completions, ICAPS, Orbit, MC Plus
- Ability to rapidly acquire and retain knowledge of policies, procedures and guidelines
- Capacity to plan, organise and prioritise work tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and switch focus quickly according to changes in priorities, to meet deadlines
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills with experience in negotiation, organisation, problem solving
CCMS Coordinator Tasks
Include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring data is captured and maintained correctly, and completions process are adhered to
- Creating and updating digital checklists ensuring revision control is maintained
- Subsystem and asset creation/modification and checklist assignment
- Liaising with project personnel to schedule walkdowns and ensure handover targets are met
- Reviewing the Notice of Energisations (NOEs) prior to issue
- Reviewing supporting documentation prior to generating Certificates for signoff
- Managing the data change request process
- Attending coordination/interface meetings to provide Completions progress updates
- Liaising with the Works Contractors
- Providing mentoring and support to the CCMS Administrator
