Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking highly motivated Graduate Engineers to join our Structural Group in Brisbane as part of our 2025 Graduate intake.

As the successful candidate, you will be:

You bring to the role:

You have or are working towards a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a strong academic record. You will bring leadership and teamwork skills, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, along with an ability to think laterally and innovatively. Flexibility to travel and work in locations within Australia and internationally is a bonus, but not essential. Finally, we are looking for candidates that have a passion and drive to make a real difference.
